The PADI Open Water Junior Certification Course, organized by Underwater Academy at one of its locations in Malta and Italy, is designed for young divers under the age of 15 who wish to explore the world of diving. PADI Instructors will adjust the scuba equipment and knowledge development according to the age of the divers.

  • Knowledge Development: Online self-study or classroom sessions to understand the basic principles of diving.
  • Five Confined Water Sessions: In a pool or shallow sea, to learn basic scuba skills.
  • Four Open Water Sessions: In the sea, to refine your skills and go exploring.

The PADI Open Water Junior course includes all the necessary equipment, including a dive computer and standard accessories.

  • Be a PADI Open Water Diver Junior or hold an equivalent certification from another training organization.
