What is the goal of the Mermaid Level 1 course ?
The goal of the course is to teach participants how to properly use the monofin and acquire all the techniques for safely diving in apnea. Additionally, the course is designed to be engaging and fun, allowing participants to test themselves in a safe and professional environment.
