Conditions for Diving, Freediving, and Mermaid Excursions

Conditions for Excursions and Rental:

• Before participating in Diving and Freediving excursions, it is mandatory to fill out a medical history form confirming the good health status of the participants. Additionally, a medical certificate of fitness for underwater sports activities may be required at the discretion of the local laws in force at the time of the excursion.
  
  
• The list of services clearly specifies which equipment is included in the published price.
  
  
• Other equipment required for the type of excursion can be rented at the time of booking. However, Underwater Academy reserves the right to decline rental requests received within 24 hours prior to the dive, depending on the availability of equipment for the scheduled day of the excursion.
  
  
• Participants booking scuba diving excursions are entitled to a 10% discount on equipment rentals compared to the public list price. This discount does not apply to those booking only a dive.
  
  
• Rental costs are calculated on a daily basis.
  
  
• The rented equipment must be returned 30 minutes before the Diving center closes.
  
  
• Late return is subject to a charge of 1 day of rental.
  
  
• The cylinders are rented already filled with air. In case of a second dive, only the cost of the refill will be calculated.
  
  
• The rental of the tank, including the cost of refilling, is only valid for the first dive. For subsequent dives, refilling costs will be charged separately according to the public price list.
  
  
• For freediving excursions, equipment can be rented under the same conditions described above, including applicable discounts.

Pickup and Dropoff:

• It is possible to request equipment pickup and dropoff service at the customer's accommodation facility at the following cost:
  
  
• Pickup: €7.00
• Dropoff: €7.00
• Pickup and Dropoff: €10.00

Responsibility:

• All renters of scuba diving or freediving equipment are responsible for the equipment from the moment of delivery.
  
  
• The equipment must be returned to the center in the same condition as it was delivered.
  
  
• In case of damage, the costs of repair and restoration of the damaged parts will be charged.
  
  
• If the damage is irreparable and renders the equipment permanently unusable, the cost of the equipment will be charged based on the manufacturer's public list price. Additionally, the wear and tear of the equipment will be assessed, and if it exceeds 6 months, a 30% discount will be applied to the list price.
  
  
• In the event of loss of the rented equipment, the customer will be charged the full amount required for its repurchase, preferably of the same brand.
