Freediving Training Program Duration: How Long Does It Take?

The course typically lasts around four to five days of intensive and highly engaging training. This time is required to cover all theoretical modules, breathing sessions, and open water dives. We organize the schedule to ensure proper rest between sessions to maximize performance.
